This Act of Adjournal -

Amendment of the Criminal Procedure Rules 1996
2. In rule 43.2(1) (applications under the Terrorism Act 2000 or Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001) of the Criminal Procedure Rules 1996[2], omit sub-paragraphs (f) to (j).

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note does not part of the Act of Adjournal)

This Act of Adjournal amends the Act of Adjournal (Criminal Procedure Rules) 1996 ("the principal Rules").

Paragraph 2 omits from rule 43.2(1) of the principal Rules provision in relation to applications to the High Court of Justiciary under Schedule 1 to the Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 in connection with terrorist cash.
