The Scottish Ministers make the following order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1(3)(c) of Schedule 2 to the Local Government and Rating Act 1997(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Non Domestic Rating (Rural Areas and Rateable Value Limits) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2009 Amendment Order 2008 and comes into force on 12th December 2008.

Amendment of the Non-Domestic Rating (Rural Areas and Rateable Value Limits) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2009

2. In article 1 of the Non-Domestic Rating (Rural Areas and Rateable Value Limits) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2009(2) for "Amendment Order 2009" substitute " Amendment Order 2008".

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order amends the Non Domestic Rating (Rural Areas and Rateable Value Limits) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2009 to correct an error in the citation in article 1 of the Order.
