The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(2)(i) of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
1. This Order may be cited as the Additional Support for Learning (Sources of Information) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2011 and comes into force on 21st March 2011.
2. In article 2(b) of the Additional Support for Learning (Sources of Information) (Scotland) Order 2010(2), omit from "(a)" to "Limited." and insert-
"(a)Children in Scotland: Working for Children and Their Families, trading as "Enquire -� the Scottish advice and information service for additional support for learning", a charitable body registered in Scotland under registration number SC003527;
(b)Scottish Independent Advocacy Alliance, a charitable body registered in Scotland under registration number SC033576; and
(c)Scottish Child Law Centre, a charitable body registered in Scotland under registration number SCO12741.".

The Additional Support for Learning (Sources of Information) (Scotland) Order 2010 specifies persons from whom parents of children or young persons who have additional support needs can obtain advice, further information and support in relation to the provision for such needs, including such support and advocacy as is referred to in section 14 of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004. This Order adds the Scottish Child Law Centre to the persons specified in that Order.
