The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(1) of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000( 1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
1. This Order may be cited as the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (Codes of Conduct for Members of certain Scottish Public Authorities) Amendment Order 2024 and comes into force on 1 April 2024.
2. In the schedule of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (Codes of Conduct for Members of certain Scottish Public Authorities) Order 2006( 2), after the entry relating to Mobility and Access Committee for Scotland insert—
“National Smart Ticketing Advisory Board ”.

This Order inserts the National Smart Ticketing Advisory Board into the list of public authorities in the schedule of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 (Codes of Conduct for Members of certain Scottish Public Authorities) Order 2006. The effect of this amendment is to require the Scottish Ministers to issue a code or codes of conduct in respect of the conduct of members of the National Smart Ticketing Advisory Board.
S.S.I. 2006/26. The schedule has been amended but none of the amendments are relevant to this Order.
