NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT UNDER RULE 17(A)(2) OF THE TRIBUNAL PROCEDURE (UPPER TRIBUNAL) RULES 2008
1. The appellant has been granted leave to remain. His appeal is therefore treated as abandoned under the provisions of section 104(4A) of the Nationality, Immigratiaon and Asyum Act 2002.
