PRELIMINARY HEARING
For the Appellant | MR J TAYLER (of Counsel) Instructed by: Mr L Harding The London Borough of Haringay Alexandra House 10 Station Road Wood Green London N22 4TR |
For the Respondent | MS J EMMETT Solicitor NUT 267 Cranbrook Road Ilford IG1 4TD |
JUDGE PETER CLARK: We have considered the extended reasons of the London (North) Employment Tribunal in this case and the submissions made on behalf of both the Appellant, the Local Authority and the Respondent employee respectively in support of the appeal and cross appeal which are now before us. We need say no more than that we think both appeal and cross appeal as presently constituted ought to proceed to a full appeal hearing. We direct that the full hearing be listed for one day; Category C. There will be exchange of skeleton arguments between the parties and copies lodged with this Tribunal not less than 14 days before the date fixed for the full Appeal hearing.
