JUDGE BYRT QC: This is a case where the appellants' solicitors have notified the Employment Appeal Tribunal that the company has gone into liquidation. In those circumstances, they are unable to pursue this appeal and we think the appropriate course would be to dismiss it. We accordingly do so.
