Decision notes | [2019] UKFTT 167 (PC). Application for adverse possession of an area of land which had once formed part of a school’s playing fields. On the facts HELD that the land had been used as part of the Applicant’s pig farm since 1965 onwards and had been separated from the remainder of the Council’s land by a fence installed on or about that date. Also HELD that there were no exceptional reasons justifying not making the alteration to the register. |
