The complainant requested details of guidelines and requirements for the approval of any application by an FE institution for major development in an area. The Learning and Skills Council did not confirm or deny whether the information specified in the request was held within the 20 working day time limit. The Decision Notice identified the breach but did not require any steps to be taken as a response was subsequently sent.
