The complainant requested all the documents held by the public authority in the ‘jury bundle’ from a specific trial. HMRC refused to disclose the requested information under section 30 of the Act. The Commissioner has investigated and found that section 30 is engaged and that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosure of the requested information. Information Tribunal appeal number EA/2008/0026 has been dismissed.
