Summary: The complainant requested information relating to radioactive material on the Olympic Park Development site. The public authority deemed the request manifestly unreasonable within the meaning of the exception at regulation 12(4)(b) and additionally claimed that the request was formulated in too general a manner and the exception at regulation 12(4)(c) therefore applied. The Commissioner found that neither of the exceptions applied. He therefore ordered the public authority to either disclose the information or issue a refusal notice relying on exceptions other than Regulations 12(4)(b) and 12(4)(c).
