Summary: The complainant requested information from the public authority concerning information considered by a particular All Party Group (APG) and also for a list of gifts and donations supplied in the last five years to it. The public authority responded that it did not hold any information. This was confirmed in an internal review when a more detailed explanation was also provided. The complainant did not accept that this was so and referred the case to the Commissioner. The Commissioner has considered the case in detail and has that found the response of the public authority was correct.
