Summary: The complainant requested information about UK Financial Investments-™ discussions with Lloyds Banking Group regarding the level of remuneration paid to employees. UK Financial Investments provided the complainant with some information but withheld the remaining information on the basis of the exemptions contained at sections 40, 41, 42 and 43. The Commissioner has concluded that the remaining information is exempt from disclosure on the basis of sections 41 and 42; he has therefore not considered the public authority-™s reliance on sections 40 and 43.
