Summary: The complainant requested information concerning the word processing software and the document scanning equipment used by the Student Loans Company (the -SLC-) in 2007. This was refused by the public authority under section 14(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the -Act-). The Commissioner finds that the SLC was correct to refuse the request as vexatious.
