Summary: The Commissioner-™s decision is that Yorkshire Forward (YF) appropriately relied on regulation 12(4)(b) of the EIR in this case but incorrectly relied on regulation 12(5)(e). The Commissioner requires YF to take the following steps to ensure compliance with the legislation. YF should release all information previously withheld under regulation 12(5)(e) to the complainant.
