BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £5, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

Summary: The complainant requested the underlying geographical telephone numbers for specific Transport for London (-˜TfL-™) call centres. TfL withheld this information on the basis of section 43(2) (prejudice to commercial interests). The Information Commissioner-™s decision is that TfL was correct to withhold this information under this exemption. The Information Commissioner (-˜the Commissioner-™) does not therefore require TfL to take any steps.
