Summary: The complainant has requested -Details of various meetings between Nottingham City Council (the council) and Nottinghamshire Police in 2006-. The Commissioner-s decision is that Nottingham City Council has not successfully engaged section 30(1)(a) of the Act in relation to the requested information but finds that section 40(2) is engaged in relation to any references to the group of individuals associated with the investigation. The Commissioner requires Nottingham City Council to disclose the requested information with any references to the group of individuals connected with the investigation redacted under section 40(2). Information Tribunal appeal number EA/2012/0112 withdrawn.
