Summary: The complainant requested information from the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust (the -˜Trust-™) concerning an unidentified doctor and an operation performed on the complainant by the Trust. The Trust has applied section 14(1) of the FOIA (vexatious requests) to a number of requests by the complainant seeking such information. The Information Commissioner-™s decision is that the Trust has correctly applied section 14(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2012/0177 struck out.
