Summary: The complainant has made two information requests in connection with an investigation into her son-s death. These were dealt with under the terms of the Data Protection Act (the -DPA-) and -business as usual- but no formal response has been provided to either under the terms of the FOIA. The Commissioner requires the public authority provide a formal response, covering both requests, under the terms of the FOIA.
