The complainant has requested information relating to the results of sample testing done at four wood recycling companies. The Commissioner’s decision is that Health and Safety Laboratory (HSL) has correctly applied regulation 12(5)(a) to the withheld information. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
