Summary: The complainant has requested information about Kingston Community Pavilion from Kingston Parish Council (the council). The council provided the information it holds, however the complainant is not satisfied that she has received all of the information within the scope of questions 5 and 6 of the request. The Commissioner-™s decision is that the council has, on the balance of probabilities, provided all of the information that it holds. The Commissioner has also found that the council has breached section 10(1) of the FOIA, as it did not provide all of the information it held within the required 20 working days from receipt of the request. As the information has now been provided to the complainant the Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.
