BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £5, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

Summary: The complainant has requested disclosure of the documentation indicating the legal and temporal parameters which would guide the HRA in making its distinction between what you may or may not legitimately raise with the organisation. The HRA said that it does not hold the requested information. The Commissioner considers that the HRA was correct to confirm that it did not hold the requested information under section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
