Summary: The complainant has requested various items of inspection information in respect of all schools within the Welsh region for the last six years. Estyn confirmed that it held some of the information covered by the request, but refused it on the basis of section 12 of the FOIA. The Commissioner-™s decision is that Estyn has correctly applied section 12 of the FOIA and the Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
