The complainant requested the tapes of a police interview with Jimmy Saville. The Commissioner’s decision is that the complainant’s request is vexatious and Surrey Police is entitled to rely on section 14 of the FOIA to refuse to comply with the request. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
