The complainant has requested information relating to a contract Oxfordshire County Council has with a broadband provider. The Commissioner’s decision is that Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) has correctly applied section 43(2) to part of the withheld information. The Commissioner requires the public authority to disclose the information it has already identified can be disclosed, if it has not already done so.
