18 February 2015, Local government (County council)
The complainant has requested the agenda and minutes of the Council’s Minerals and Waste Advisory Group meetings. The Council released the agenda and redacted versions of the minutes, citing the non-disclosure exception at regulation 12(4)(e) of the EIR. The Commissioner’s decision is that Oxfordshire County Council was entitled to rely on 12(4)(e) to redact the information.
