BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £5, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

8 June 2015, Central government
The complainant has requested information from the Land Registry relating to her boundaries. Land Registry has responded to the request by addressing the points as ‘business as usual’ rather than responding to the request under the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Land Registry was correct not to address the request under the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
FOI 1: Not upheld
