BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £5, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

30 July 2015, Central government
The complainant has requested information on communications between the Competition and Markets Authority (‘the CMA’) and the Department of Energy & Climate Change (‘DECC’) relating to the Green Deal Home Improvement Fund and also internal communications at the CMA relating to the fund. The Commissioner’s decision is that the CMA has appropriately responded to the request in applying the section 42 exemption to the limited information held. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
