The complainant has requested information in response to a council letter regarding a parking restriction proposal. Medway Council (the council) provided the complainant with the information it held. The complainant considered that further information was held by the council. The Commissioner’s decision is that the council has provided all the information it holds within the scope of the request. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps
