BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £5, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

The complainant has requested information about a particular member of staff at The Oldham Academy North. E-ACT has determined that the request for information is vexatious in accordance with the FOIA section 14(1). The Commissioner’s decision is that E-ACT is entitled to rely on section 14(1) to refuse this request. He does not require the public authority to take any further steps.
