BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

8 October 2015, Education (University)
The complainant has requested from De Montfort University (the “University”) copies of the email correspondence sent/received by an employee of the University between specific dates. The University refused the information on the basis that the request is vexatious in accordance with section 14 of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the request is vexatious and that the University has correctly applied section 14 of the FOIA to refuse the request. Therefore, the Commissioner does not require the University to take any steps.
FOI 14: Not upheld
