The complainant has requested information relating to storage grants for prisoners. The Department for Communities and Local Government stated that it did not hold the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Department for Communities and Local Government failed to reply to the request within the statutory time limit and breached section 10(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
