BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £5, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

22 October 2015, Health (NHS)
The complainant requested information about an individual employed by the East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust (the Trust). The Trust withheld the information, citing the exemption under section 40(2) of the FOIA (third party personal data) as its basis for doing so. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Trust has correctly applied this exemption and does not require the Trust to take any steps.
FOI 40: Not upheld
