BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

The complainant has requested information relating to Mortality and Morbidity meetings within the Trust. The Trust has applied section 41 of FOIA (information provided in confidence) as a basis for non-disclosure of the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Trust has correctly applied section 41 of FOIA to the requested information. Therefore the Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
