The complainant has requested information from the King’s College London (“the College”) relating to the reasons why candidates who did not meet their offer grades in the academic years 2013 and 2014 were accepted onto the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (“MBBS”) course. The Commissioner’s decision is that the College does not hold the information requested. The Commissioner requires the College to take no steps.
