The complainant has requested information about a now defunct family swim scheme offered by a local leisure centre. Rochford District Council (“the Council”) said that it did not hold the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Council does not hold the requested information. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps to ensure compliance with the legislation.
