The complainant has requested information relating to a HepatoBiliary Multi-Disciplinary Meeting (HB MDT). The Commissioner’s decision is that East Lancashire NHS Hospitals Trust (the Trust) has correctly applied section 40(2) of the FOIA to the withheld information. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
