The complainant requested information about the number of students disciplined after a disrupted talk. King’s College London (KCL) withheld the information, citing the exemption under section 40(2) of the FOIA (third party personal data) as its basis for doing so. The Commissioner’s decision is that KCL has correctly applied this exemption and does not require KCL to take any steps.
