Department for Work and Pensions

The complainant has requested information regarding situations where Jobcentre Managers would be invited to visit 10 Downing Street. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, DWP does not hold the requested information. However, the Commissioner finds that DWP has breached section 10(1) of the Act as it did not comply with section 1(1)(a) of the Act within the statutory timeframe. The Commissioner does not require DWP to take any steps.
