University of Oxford

The complainant has requested information from the University of Oxford (‘the University’) about its admissions process for its undergraduate medicine degree course. The University has categorised the complainant’s request as vexatious under section 14(1) of the FOIA and has refused to comply with it. The Commissioner’s decision is that the complainant’s request is vexatious and the University is not obliged to comply with it. The Commissioner does not require the University to take any steps to ensure compliance with the legislation.
