The complainant has requested patient level data associated with the PACE trial. The position of King’s College London (KCL) is that it does not hold the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is as follows: Under section 1(1)(a) of the FOIA KCL cannot be said to hold the information the complainant has requested. The Commissioner does not require KCL to take any steps to ensure compliance with the legislation.
