The complainant requested information on the correspondence from a named Professor. Durham University (the University) confirmed that they did not hold any further information. The Commissioner’s decision is that the University does not hold any further information in this case and the redacted information was correctly withheld under section 40(2)-personal information. The Commissioner does not require the University to take any steps.
