Hounslow and Richmond Healthcare Trust

The complainant has requested from Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare Trust (“the Trust”), information regarding the names of doctors who left comments in medical notes. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Trust was entitled to withhold the requested information under section 40(2) of the FOIA.  The Commissioner does not require the Trust to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
