Department for Work and Pensions

The complainant has requested the Department for Work and Pensions’ (DWP) response to the Independent Review on Administrative Law. The Commissioner’s decision is that DWP is entitled to rely on section 35(1)(a) to withhold the requested information and the balance of the public interest favours maintaining the exemption. The Commissioner does not require DWP to take any steps.
