The complainant has requested information from the London Borough of Lewisham (“the Council”), regarding the number of parking tickets issued to one motorbike. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council was entitled to rely on section 40(5B)(a)(i) when refusing to confirm or deny whether the requested information was held.
