Summary
This decision reversed decision BL O/096/00, because the Hearing Officer was informed that the opponents' (successful) CTM application had been withdrawn. By this decision he therefore allowed the application to proceed, subject to regularisation of certain classification aspects. Note, however, that this decision itself was later reversed because the CTM application had in fact been converted to a UK application and was still a barrier to this application.
