Summary
In a previous decision (O/278/00), Mr Vause had been refused permission to apply for restoration of the patent in question. He now sought a one month extension to the period for lodging an appeal against that decision, because he was seeking legal aid and awaiting a decision of the Legal Aid Board. This was accepted by the Hearing Officer and the one month extension was granted.
