Summary
As a result of an uncontested application filed under sections 13(1) and 13(3) by Dyson Limited, it was found that Alexander Rocke should be mentioned as sole inventor in any patent granted for the invention. It was directed that an addendum slip be prepared for the published patent application mentioning Alexander Rocke as sole inventor and stating that Stephen Paul Organ should not have been named as an inventor.
