Summary
In an entitlement and inventorship action, the defendant, Eric James Enston, sought to file evidence after the date originally scheduled for the substantive hearing and close to the re-arranged date.
The hearing officer refused to admit the evidence, primarily on the grounds of the inadequacy of the explanation for the late submission.
