Summary
The application relates to a communication system for use in sports which enables a football manager to communicate with players during training or noisy football matches. The applicant argues that the differences between prior art communication systems, which, in the main, have head mounted speakers for relaying instructions to the player instead of ear mounted earpieces, are inventive. The hearing officer found that the differences between the invention and the prior art would be regarded as obvious to the skilled man.
